Leaders begin with the Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership Profile, exploring four manifestations and eight dimensions of leadership to understand how personal style, values and behaviours show up in leadership.
Development is delivered through guided modules, coaching-style conversations and structured reflection. Leaders are encouraged to pause, notice patterns, challenge assumptions and explore how they want to show up as leaders.
Importantly, this is not a one-size-fits-all programme. Leaders are given choice and ownership over their development, selecting areas of focus that are most relevant to their role, context and aspirations.
