Learning Cog was born from a simple but powerful belief: when people truly understand themselves, they perform better, lead better, and live more fulfilling working lives.
Before founding Learning Cog in 2011, I spent many years building a global career as a Head of Learning and Development within large corporate organisations. I had the privilege of working across cultures, industries and continents, designing and leading learning strategies that supported thousands of people at every stage of their careers.
I set up Learning Cog to focus on what I believe matters most in professional development: people. Not just skills or competencies, but self-awareness, confidence, relationships, and the ability to adapt and grow in an ever-changing world.
At the heart of everything we do is a deep passion for self-development and self-awareness. I've seen first-hand how transformational it can be when people gain insight into how they think, communicate and behave.
Learning Cog is about curiosity, growth and momentum. We believe learning should be practical, engaging and meaningful, grounded in trust, clarity and genuine care for people.
