I have over 15 years' experience as an HR generalist in a mixture of in-house roles across different industries. I now focus on HR and culture consulting projects. I became an Insights Practitioner in 2012 and use the framework extensively in my work with clients, including William Grant & Sons. As an associate practitioner under Ric's distributorship, I deliver Insights sessions and profiles for a range of organisations.
