I spent 21 years at Yellow Pages—eight in sales and thirteen in Learning & Development—delivering training in sales, customer service, leadership, management and communication. For the last 11 years, I’ve run my own freelance training business across multiple industries and countries. I’ve been an Insights Discovery Practitioner for four years and integrate Insights into all my work. As an Associate Trainer with LearningCog, I deliver Insights Foundation Days, Team Effectiveness training, and leadership and management programmes.
Interactive, hands-on, and coaching-focused. I believe people learn best when they are active—discussing, problem-solving, and engaging physically in the session. I foster a safe and inclusive environment and encourage participants to learn from each other through shared insights.
My family, especially my three daughters, for their resilience and drive. Professionally, I’m inspired by Simon Sinek, and by fellow practitioners within the Insights community. A close friend, Karen, also inspires me with her tireless work ethic and success.
