My background is in Learning & Development, including leading L&D for Odeon UK & Ireland, where I delivered large-scale customer service programmes and developed operational frameworks. I later built an entire L&D department for a transport company before establishing my own consultancy. With Learning Cog, I deliver training and Insights sessions to help individuals and teams understand themselves and each other and embed learning that lasts.
Passionate, high-energy, and interactive. I adapt my approach to the room, ensuring engagement, fun, and practical takeaways. My goal is always for people to leave with valuable insights they can apply immediately.
