I am a leadership development specialist and executive coach with over 25 years’ experience empowering teams and individuals to grow. I thrive on variety and enjoy working with a diverse client base through Learning Cog, from global organisations such as VISA, Laing O’Rourke and William Grant, to SMEs, gaming companies and government departments. My earlier career included organisational development and leadership roles within global financial services and media companies—including Schroders, HSBC, BBC Worldwide and FremantleMedia—where I worked internationally and gained exposure to many different cultures.

Training Approach

I focus on creating psychologically safe environments where people feel comfortable contributing and opening up. My style is warm and supportive, and I’m attentive to those who may be quieter in the room, gently bringing them into the conversation. While I offer structure and focus to keep groups on track, I’m also adaptive and responsive to what emerges during a session.
