I’m a Business Development Manager at Learning Cog, where I focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. My role involves understanding their needs, ensuring they get the most value from our services, and introducing them to the range of training solutions we offer. A key area of focus for me is supporting and developing our My 360 goals offering, helping clients use it effectively to drive performance and growth.

Sources of Inspiration

My oldest brother Keith has been a consistent inspiration to me in how he has navigated through life and various challenges, and he has come out the other side with a lot of good to show for it. I credit a lot of my resilience and positive attitude to him.

Words to Live By

There’s a quote I’ve really fallen in love with over the past year or so: “I participate, therefore I am.” It’s kind of a rework of “I think, therefore I am.” For me, it’s about not being passive, actually getting involved in life, whether that’s through your work, creativity, or just doing something positive for others. It’s that idea that being present and actively participating is what really matters.
