At LearningCog, as Director of Product and Development, my role is about turning vision into reality. I work closely with Ric to take product ideas and translate them into clear development, launch, and go-to-market plans, ensuring we deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals. I also work closely with the development team to support and strengthen an already strong capability, making sure products are successfully launched, well supported, and managed throughout their lifecycle. Having spent over 20 years leading product strategy, product development, product marketing, and operational functions across technology, SaaS, energy, and security markets. My experience leading cross-functional teams and bridging technical and commercial functions means I can help align product vision, development delivery, and market success, while ensuring our sales, account management, and partner teams have the right tools and support to succeed.

I always try to see the bigger picture, but I know success is often defined by the detail. No matter how challenging the situation, I look for the positives and focus on finding a way forward. I’m naturally optimistic, but also realistic. If Plan A doesn’t work, there’s always a Plan B, C, D, or E. I don’t focus on roadblocks; I focus on solutions.
