I joined Learning Cog in April. I fell in love with Insights training about 10 years ago as a participant, and I knew it was something I wanted to invest in alongside leadership development, psychometrics and coaching. I've worked with organisations such as Experian, Flogas, Greencore and Burberry, helping people develop meaningful relationships and overcome challenges.
Engaging, activity-led, and highly interactive. My focus is on peer-to-peer learning. Delegates are the experts in their roles—I am there to facilitate impactful learning in bitesize, manageable bursts.

A key influence was ‘How to be a Badass’ by Jen Sincero, a book that encouraged me to trust the universe, step outside my comfort zone, and keep moving forward.
