What is your role within Learning Cog?
“I am a leadership development specialist and executive coach with over 25 years’ experience empowering teams and individuals to develop and grow. I thrive on variety and enjoy the diverse clients I get to work with through Learning Cog. These have included global companies like VISA, Laing O’Rourke and William Grant, through to SME’s, gaming companies and government departments. My previous corporate career included organisational development and leadership roles in global financial services and media companies such as Schroders, HSBC, BBC Worldwide and FremantleMedia, where I worked internationally and was exposed to many different cultures.”
Describe your training style
“I pride myself in partnering with clients to create safe spaces where everyone feels psychologically safe and can open-up. I’m also warm and supportive, the inner coach in me is always looking for the person that’s not contributing and trying to bring them into the group. Finally, whilst I bring the structure and focus that helps groups stay on track, I also have the agility to flex and work with what comes up in the room.
