LearningCog Limited is proud to announce a new sales training and development venture for independent sole traders, small and medium size business across East Sussex.

Ric Hayden, owner and director of LearningCog is taking his global expertise in people development and sales training to create a new community of training and development – specifically designed for the small business community.
Pitch has been designed to support small business, independent sole traders and creatives. The programme is for those that do not fall into a full-time salesperson role – but are the subject matter experts in their field. They are the creatives that deliver amazing business-to-business projects for their clients. This new community caters to those who have not had formal sales training but would like to up-skill in this area to generate more business, closing more deals and delighting more clients with the work they do.
The Foundation Programme consists of six 3-hour workshops that teach practical and proven sales methodologies to each participant. These workshops form the foundation for each participant to increase their sales productivity, aiding successful growth within their business.
Once the Foundation Programme is complete there is a monthly 3-hour Pitch Community group meeting where individuals will be able to grow and develop their new skills. The meetings encourages participants to look at their current challenges and build a plan to overcome them, enhance their selling skills, network with like-minded group members, and hold each other to account for the sales performance you create.
