We then work to create strategies for performance improvement and continuous personal development, for the leader, for the team and your organisation.
LearningCog’s Model of Leadership Programme
We designed our leadership development programme to support your team as they transition from managers to leaders. We start by looking at how to manage and drive performance whilst building capability to lead your organisation tactically and strategically. Based on the latest business and performance psychology we use cutting edge theories and structures to allow your leadership team to excel.
The Model of Leadership Programme follows a blended learning format. The core of this 12 month programme is the face to face delivery of workshops where leaders explore their own leadership style. Each leader completes a 360 review at the start and end of the programme and will be supported by a 121 coach through the course as well as attending action learning sets, completing self-directed learning and interacting with digital learning.
Based on the 360 review results, delegates will form a coaching relationship with a suitable LearningCog coach who has the right strengths for that individual. This coaching relationship will last throughout the whole programme. 121 coaching sessions will take place once per-month for one hour outside of the workshops. Coaches will gain an understanding of the issues currently being faced in the organisation along with individual development needs.
