What is your role within Learning Cog?
“Since April I’ve been working with Learning Cog. I fell in love with Insights training about 10 years ago as a participant, and knew that this was the first investment I wanted to take part in, as well as leadership and management development, psychometric testing and coaching. I’ve worked with Experian, Flogas, Greencore and Burberry, a big mix of places. I love being a part of peoples development, and helping people get the best out of their relationships especially when they are more challenging. ”
Describe your training style
“Engaging and interactive. It’s all about activities, and peer to peer learning. They’re the experts of their roles, and I’m there to facilitate. I think bitesize learning is definitely the way forward. I like to deliver the management programmes in short stints as learning lots of content can be quite challenging.”
Who inspires you?
“I think that anyone who has the guts to go out and go for what they want, for me, is really inspiring.”
Is there a quote that motivates you?
There’s a book that motivated me to get into coaching called ‘How to be a Badass’ by Jen Sincero. It’s all about trusting that the universe is there to help guide you, and that in life you’re going to try and keep yourself in that safe environment, but it’s about pushing through that.
