As an associate coach and trainer at LearningCog, I’m here to help teams thrive. Using the Insights Discovery framework, I support teams in building self-awareness, improving communication, and collaborating more effectively. My passion is helping people feel balanced, fulfilled, and productive in both their personal and professional lives. With over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, I understand the challenges teams face and offer tailored solutions to help them succeed.

Describe your training style

Having spent a significant amount of time on the delegate side, I understand how busy professionals are and how crucial it is for sessions to be both inspiring and relevant. This perspective shapes how I design and deliver my Insights Discovery sessions and other workshops. I focus on making them engaging, impactful, and tailored to meet the needs of each group. My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels energised and empowered to take their learning back into the workplace and apply it in a meaningful way.

Who inspires you?

My inspirational person is the coach who trained me to become a coach. He played a huge role in my journey, and his deep passion for coaching truly opened my eyes to its transformative power. His kindness and wisdom shaped the way I approach coaching today. Sadly, he passed away too soon, but his legacy lives on through all the lives he touched, including mine. His influence continues to inspire me in my career and the way I support others to grow.

Is there a quote that motivates you?

” If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.’”

I love this African proverb. It really speaks to the power of teamwork. We can achieve things on our own, but that’s often a short-term solution. When we come together as a team, we can accomplish so much more in the long run. It’s about collaboration, supporting each other, and working toward a common goal. This is a key part of helping teams thrive—when everyone works together, the possibilities are endless.
